6-Week Beginner bP Studio Course  Starting Wednesday 11th October!

This course is specifically designed for clients who have never practiced pilates before or have previously practiced pilates but are new to our bP Studio Class style of training.

Our 6-Week Beginner bP Studio Course will help you to get better acquainted with our studio, apparatus and foundational pilates movements that make up the beginner pilates system.  

Following the course, you will be better prepared to join our bP Studio Group Classes and enjoy all of the many benefits of a regular pilates practice.

This course meets Wednesdays at 9:30am as follows:

  • 11th October
  • 18th October
  • 25th October
  • 1st November
  • 8th November
  • 15th November 

*You must attend 4 of the 6 course dates in order to progress into our bP Group Studio Classes.  If you are unable to complete the full course but want to join our bP Group Studio Classes, we encourage you to take advantage of our bP Induction Pack (3 Private Sessions for £180), which has more flexibility in dates/times for booking in your sessions.

***Only cancellations received more than 24hr before the course start date are eligible for a refund.  If you neglect to cancel your registration more than 24hrs in advance of the course start date or are not able to make any of the dates of the course once it has started, you will not receive any refund.
