It's time to spring(s) ahead to Level 2 this April with a masterclass designed to help you get more out of your pilates trapeze table exercises as you prepare for more advanced work.
We will be looking at specifically the exercises included in our Level 1 workout including:
- Supine Leg Springs
- Roll Back and Roll Back with 1-Arm
- Chest Expansion and Chest Expansion 1-Arm Kneeling
- Standing Roll Back Bar Series
- Hip Stretch Supine
and introducing Level 2 Exercises, including:
- the Push Through Series
- Hip Stretch Off End
This 1.5hr class is a great addition to your bP Group Studio or Private Session practice as you improve your technique and form and is open to healthy clients of all abilities.
