Our Introductory to Anatomy for Pilates Teachers Workshop provides an overview of basic anatomy and how it relates to the practice and teaching of pilates. Learn the key elements of the musculoskeletal system, including bones, joint structure and function and the primary muscles involved in movement paired with beginner pilates exercises and functional movements to help you immediately apply your knowledge in a meaningful way.
This workshop is required for our Comprehensive Apprentices and is open to teachers from outside of our programme.
