Jenny was introduced to Pilates after a serious back injury which helped her to recognize the consequences of asymmetrical and faulty movement patterns first hand. Her experience also guided her to discover the benefit of body awareness and deepened her understanding of the human body mechanics.
After years of personal practice, she decided to pursue her passion in addition to her career in finance. Since then, she has trained with a wide range of clients from minors to elderly as well as athletes.
She earned her comprehensive apparatus training in the classical Pilates repertoire but personalizes each session for the needs of her students. She thoroughly enjoys educating not only herself but others regarding kinesiology and posture. Overall, she emphasises on the advantage of whole-body movement in addition to strength and flexibility development.
Expect: Precise and simple instruction that helps in improving proprioperception and body awareness through guided movements.
Jenny is teaching in our studio on the week days: Monday-Thursday from 8:30am-2:30pm.
