in our april masterclass series, we look at purposeful pre-pilates exercises and how they fit into a basic mat practice.

in a small group (max 4 students), dawne will teach you exercises that you can do at home to improve abdominal strength, lumbopelvic stability, shoulder strength and mobility and exercises that will help you find the power in your powerhouse!

this master-class series is suitable for healthy students with no injuries or conditions, which may make training as a group unsafe. if you have an injury or condition that is keeping you from group training - don’t feel left out - maybe our 1-to-1 or 2-to-1 courses are a better fit for you to get you started.
