brooke siler: the upper hand - pushes, pulls and Assists on the mat and reformer

brooke siler: the upper hand - pushes, pulls and Assists on the mat and reformer

when we learn to teach pilates, we often learn how to teach the exercises using the assistance and resistance of the apparatus available to us.

we overlook an important and effective tool in the studio for helping our students refine their movement and get more out of the method - our selves!

in this 1 day workshop, you will:

  • learn how to use yourself to provide assistance and resistance to your students to help them understand the method and how they move effectively and safely and

  • work hard and have fun. as both the student and the teacher, you will have time to experience brooke’s pushes and pulls for yourself under her expert guidance so that you can put into practice what you’ve learned from the moment you step back into your studio.

this workshop is open to teachers who have completed a minimum of mat and reformer qualifications.
