We are offering two great courses of lessons this summer on Tuesdays at 7pm!

Open Practice Starting Tuesday 16 April at 7pm

Join us for a 6-week course of open practice sessions! In a small group you will build on exercises and techniques learned in previous beginner group courses or private tuition, as you complete exercises in your programme at your own pace.

Please note that if you have not completed a beginner course or course of lessons with us here, at bePilates, you will need our permission to join and you may be required to take 1-to-1 lessons before we will grant you a place. We reserve the right to refuse booking to anyone who does not meet our pre-requisites.

Before joining, you should know:

  • The classical pilates beginner mat and reformer series

  • Additional individual exercises on classical pilates apparatus and props: the cadillac, ladder barrel, spine corrector, electric chair, wunda chair, arm chair, magic circle, arm weights, foot and toe corrector, and more…

“Advancing Your Basics” Starting Tuesday 4 June at 7pm

Our 6-week “Advancing Your Basics” course is designed to keep you growing in your practice this summer. In a small group you will build on exercises and techniques learned in previous beginner group courses, your open practice or private tuition, as you polish up on skills needed for more advanced work.

Please note that if you have not completed a beginner course, open practice or course of lessons with us here, at bePilates, you will need our permission to join and you may be required to take 1-to-1 lessons before we will grant you a place. We reserve the right to refuse booking to anyone who does not meet our pre-requisites.

Before our “Advancing Your Basics” Course, you should know:

This 6-Week course meets the following Tuesdays at 7pm:

  • 9 July

Group training sessions are suitable for healthy students with no injuries or conditions, which may make training as a group unsafe. If you have an injury or condition that is keeping you from group training - don’t feel left out - maybe our 1-to-1 or 2-to-1 courses are a better fit for you to get started.

booking policy

  1. These lessons are at our studio in Egham.

  2. Courses are booked on a first-come-first-served basis, meaning your place is only confirmed once payment is received.

  3. If we do not receive payment more than 48hrs in advance of scheduled course start date from a minimum of three students, it will be cancelled and you will have the option to rebook or request a refund.

  4. We do not allow substitutions in the event that you cannot make it to your scheduled lesson.

  5. Open Practice meets the following Tuesdays at 7pm: 16 April, 23 April, 30 April, 6 May, 14 May, 21 May.

  6. “Advancing Your Basics” meets the following Tuesdays at 7pm: 4 June, 11 June, 18 June, 25 June, 2 July, 9 July.

  7. If booking the full 12-Week Summer Term, please note that there are no lessons on Tuesday 28 May due to half-term.

  8. At the time of booking your 12-Week Term, you are able to purchase three 1-to-1 lessons with Dawne at 50%-off her standard rate. These lessons must be booked with Dawne at our studio in Egham and must be used by the end of the term. These lessons cannot be transferred to other students or extended beyond the end of term. Standard terms and conditions for 1-to-1 lessons apply.

no-shows/cancellations

  1. If you give us more than 48hrs notice to cancel or reschedule your beginner course, you may select another course to transfer to if available, or request a refund.

  2. If you neglect to give us more than 48hrs notice to cancel or reschedule your beginner course, it will be treated as having been used whether or not you attend and you will not be entitled to a refund or to reschedule.

  3. If we have to cancel a lesson, for any reason (such as teacher illness or emergency), we will do our best to give you advance notice and in such instances we will try to accommodate all students to reschedule. In the event that we cannot find a date to make up that lesson, you will receive a refund for that lesson and the rest of the course will go on as planned. It is your responsibility to make sure we have the best way to contact you to notify you of cancellations.

  4. If we have not received payment from a minimum of three students more than 48hrs in advance of the scheduled course start date, it will be cancelled and you will have the option to rebook or request a refund.

your purchase

  1. We cannot guarantee specific equipment will be available for your lesson, unless otherwise noted. It is at our teachers' discretion, which equipment will provide you with the best workout to help you achieve your goals.

  2. You are booking the same day/time each week for the duration of that term when purchasing and booking your course and that each course includes one lesson per week (with the exception of half-term holidays, when there are no lessons).

  3. At the time of booking your 12-Week Term, you are able to purchase three 1-to-1 lessons with Dawne at 50%-off her standard rate.   4. We do not run lessons/classes over half term, school, or bank holidays

refunds

  1. No refunds will be given for any un-used portions of pre-paid course purchases.

  2. No refunds will be give for any courses cancelled within 48hrs from their confirmed start date.

  3. You can request a refund for courses that have been cancelled more than 48hrs from their confirmed start date.
