during a private lesson, our experienced instructors will take you through a specialised programme that takes into consideration your current fitness level and goals. because we start where you are in your practice, you’ll benefit from exercises designed by joseph pilates to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body.

lessons can be booked 6 days a week. we are closed on sundays and bank holidays.
