our beginner courses offer you a strong foundation in the classical pilates method in a small group setting.

you will learn:

  • additional individual exercises on classical pilates apparatus and props including: the cadillac, ladder barrel, spine corrector, electric chair, wunda chair, arm chair, magic circle, arm weights, foot and toe corrector, and more…

by the end of the term, you will be able join us for open practice or continue on with future beginner or more advanced courses.
