Advancing Your Basics 

Our 6-week “Advancing Your Basics” course is designed to keep you growing in your practice this summer. In a small group, you will build on exercises and techniques learned in previous beginner group courses, your open practice or private tuition, as you polish up on skills needed for more advanced work.

Before our “Advancing Your Basics” Course, you should know:

In a small group you will build on exercises and techniques learned in previous beginner group courses or private tuition, as you complete exercises in your programme at your own pace.

Before joining, you should know:

  • The classical pilates beginner mat and reformer series

  • Additional individual exercises on classical pilates apparatus and props: the cadillac, ladder barrel, spine corrector, electric chair, wunda chair, arm chair, magic circle, arm weights, foot and toe corrector, and more…

if you have not completed a beginner course, open practice or course of lessons with us here at bePilates, you will need our permission to join our improvers courses and you may be required to take 1-to-1 lessons before we will grant you a place. We reserve the right to refuse booking to anyone who does not meet our pre-requisites.
